Questions players ask
What are the starters in Aniimo?
You choose one partner Aniimo at the start: Helion, a lion-like Aniimo, or Lunara, a fox-like one. Both are Holy element in the official index entries that exist (Helion and Fennelun). Steam forum players in September 2026 call Lunara the popular pick and Helion the "little Simba" pick.
Is Lunara the same as Fennelun?
Unconfirmed as of 2026-09-05. The official index lists Fennelun (No. 9997) and Helion (No. 9998) but no Lunara or Soleon; the official Reunion Promise FAQ (2026-02-06) names Helion, Soleon, Lunara and Fennelun as four separate special Aniimo. Community sites treat Fennelun as the fox starter and Lunara as a later form, but no official page says so.
Can you get both starters?
Both were on the "cannot be sealed" list in each beta egg event, which is the only official mention of their availability. Whether the second starter can be obtained later is not documented; we will update when the launch client shows it.
Which starter is better?
By the official index they are identical: same element (Holy), same role (DPS), same six base stats (504 total). Pick on skills — Helion's kit and Fennelun's kit are printed below — and on looks.
